Privacy notice

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. The long version is below, in full, because a company that asks to be trusted with an operation’s data should be plain about its own.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public LastMyle website only — the pages you are reading now. LastMyle Technologies Ltd (registered in England and Wales, no. 17406485) is the data controller for it.

The LastMyle product itself is a separate matter. Where an operator uses it, the data flowing through it belongs to that operator's organisation and is governed by the agreement we hold with them, not by this notice.

This site does not track you

There is no analytics on this website. No tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no A/B testing service, and no embedded content from another company that could observe your visit.

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser storage. Every page is pre-rendered ahead of time and served as a plain file; there is no application server behind it that could build a profile of your visit. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font network, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

The "book a call" buttons are ordinary links to a Google Calendar booking page. Nothing is embedded and nothing is loaded from Google while you read these pages — no request reaches them until you choose to follow the link.

What our hosting provider records

Delivering a page to you means our hosting provider receives the request. Like every web host, it keeps short-lived access logs so the site can be kept online and defended against abuse.

Those logs typically hold your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser and operating system version, and the page that referred you. We use them only to keep the site available and secure; we do not use them to identify you, combine them with anything else, or share them for marketing.

If you book a call or write to us

Booking a call takes you to a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects your name and email address there in order to make the booking, and hands them to us as the meeting invitation. Google processes that data under its own terms as our supplier; what we then hold is the invitation and whatever you tell us in the meeting.

If you email [email protected] instead, we hold your message, your address and anything you choose to tell us about your operation.

Either way we keep it for as long as the conversation is live and while there is a realistic prospect of working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you approached us and expect a reply. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject only to anything we are separately required to keep.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

The only third parties involved are the suppliers that make this site, our mailbox and our calendar work — our hosting provider, and Google, whose Workspace carries both our mail and the booking page — acting on our instructions. We would disclose data beyond that only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our processing, or ask for it in a portable form.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the page always states what is true on the date it shows.
